The Brampton Honey Badgers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Monday an official partnership agreement with Kotak Law, the Official Injury Law Firm of the team. Kotak Law is a proud member of the greater Brampton area supporting numerous non-profit organizations and other community initiatives.
“I’m looking forward to our partnership with the Honey Badgers”, said Nainesh Kotak, owner of Kotak Law. “Together we will strive to strengthen the community and I look forward to seeing everyone at the games.”
The partnership aligns the Honey Badgers and Kotak Law’s interest in supporting the local community, including recognizing veterans and active members of the military and first responders.

A league created by Canadians for Canadians with a mission to develop Canadian players, coaches, sports executives, and referees, the CEBL boasts the highest percentage of Canadian players of any pro league in the country with 73% of its 2023 rosters being Canadian. Players bring experience from the NBA, NBA G League, top international pro leagues, the Canadian National team program, and top NCAA programs as well as U SPORTS.
