Gavin is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the sports industry, specializing in game operations, event management, and marketing. In 2023 and 2024, he contributed to the Brampton Honey Badgers as a Floor Manager, playing a role in game-day operations and enhancing fan experiences. This led to the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the Manager, Marketing & Operations.
