Elias first joined the Honey Badgers organization during the 2023 season as a Basketball Operations and Community Relations intern. His focus was on ensuring that game days were executed properly, and things ran smoothly. He now comes in as an account executive and communications specialist where he will be creating and growing relationships with fans and clients as well as communicating any major Honey Badgers news to the world.

Elias is currently finishing up the Recreation Management program at Dalhousie University. He is a maritime native, hailing from St. Andrews, New Brunswick. His passion for basketball extends through his entire day-to-day, inside and outside the office and he could not be more thrilled to contribute to the growth of the sport in Canada with the Honey Badgers.
